Day 3 on the road finds us entering Nebraska. As we travel we are still trying to set presentation dates and search out interesting things to see concerning sustainability in the Pacific NW.
So far, we have been lucky enough to have clear weather for camping. It's not been an easy trip with our little Corolla packed to the gills. Every time we stop for the night, we end up unpacking almost the whole trunk just to cook our meals. I can say one great thing has been our One link systems from Eagles Nest Outfitters with rain tarps and bug nets. There is nothing like a cool night and having a hammock to snuggle in swinging amongst the trees.
If all goes well, we should be in South Dakota on the Pine Ridge Reservation by tomorrow evening.
